Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Construction Lawyer to join our team at Law Staff. As a Front-end Construction Associate, you will work on some of Australia's largest construction projects, advising on project and construction contracts, and drafting and reviewing O&M contracts and Service agreements.
About the Role
- Engage with an impressive portfolio of institutional clients in dynamic industry sectors within construction and major projects.
- Review, draft, and advise on project and construction contracts, including EPC/FIDIC contracts and bespoke construction contracts.
- Advising on Australian standard contracts and subcontracts.
- Drafting and reviewing O&M contracts and Service agreements.
- Contractual analysis and interpretation of construction contracts, including contracts drafted for developers, building contractors, building sub-contractors, and building owners.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years PAE experience in construction law.
- Strong commercial drafting skills and a motivation for exceptional client service in a specialist environment.
- Associates and Senior Associates with experience in either back or front-end construction are encouraged to apply.
