About the Job:

  • This position involves assisting with financial administration, maintaining records, and enhancing systems for quality improvement.
  • The successful candidate will uphold safeguarding standards, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage information effectively.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process enrolments, CCS requirements, fees, and financial adjustments in a timely manner.
  2. Maintain accurate administrative processes, records, and documentation.
  3. Support quality improvement by streamlining systems, inductions, and payment procedures.

Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in business administration (desired) with experience in childcare or OSHC (essential).
  • Familiarity with CCMS software (e.g. Xplor) and knowledge of Education & Care legislation, NQF/NQS, and EYLF.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, data reporting, and digital/marketing tools.
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
