You'll have opportunities to showcase your skills in both A la Carte and Function/Wedding events, while leveraging your leadership abilities to drive success in a fast-paced environment.

  • Commercial cookery certification (Certificate III & IV)
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef with strong leadership skills
  • Background in an a la carte hotel restaurant or functions kitchen (highly valued)
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Passion for high-quality food and creative cuisine
  • Understanding of food safety and HACCP principles
  • Availability for a 7-day roster including days, nights, and weekends
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic kitchen environment
