Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers to design and implement efficient data pipelines to drive customer growth.
- Write effective, scalable code to solve complex problems using an analytical and data-driven approach.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of new technologies and assess relevance and impact for Australian Cricket, with a focus on Data Fabric and ML.
- Actively manage and engage stakeholders to ensure all relevant strategic or customer problems are evaluated and prioritised.
- Have an eye for detail with an appetite to test, learn, understand, and continuously improve accuracy and performance of code.
- 4+ years in Data Engineering.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications: Computer Science degree or equivalent industry experience.
- You will have a strong commercial mindset that can look around corners.
- Experience with Microsoft Data Technologies - SQL, Synapse, PowerBI, ML, Data Factory, Fabric, Function Apps.
- Experience developing code in a variety of programming languages, SQL, Python or R, C#.
- Able to effectively time manage and deliver to committed outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder relationships and comfortable having courageous conversations.
