About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to lead our physiotherapy team at Mercy Care Centre Young. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a team of physiotherapists and allied health assistants, and contributing to the development of our physiotherapy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the physiotherapy team
  • Develop and implement physiotherapy programs and services to meet the needs of our patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development of our physiotherapy services and programs
  • Provide education and training to junior staff and students
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration with a minimum of three years' experience as a physiotherapist
  • Excellent clinical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Compassionate and flexible approach to patient care
