Mercy Hospitals NSW Ltd is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to fill a Senior Clinical Lead position. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide quality patient-focused care and lead a team of Physios and Allied Health Assistants. About the Opportunity


This role offers a unique chance to work in a rural hospital setting, leading a team that provides a wide range of physiotherapy services. You will have the opportunity to develop generalist and specialist skills, with professional development and supervision supported. Responsibilities


As a Senior Clinical Lead Physiotherapist, your key responsibilities will include:



  • Providing quality client-focused care to patients, their family, and carers
  • Leading a team of Physios and Allied Health Assistants, including supervision, education, and quality improvement
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of physiotherapy services and programs
  • Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes and meet targets and KPIs

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • AHPRA registration with a minimum of three years' experience as a Physiotherapist
  • Excellent clinical, time management, organisational, and communication skills
  • A compassionate, flexible, collaborative, and positive approach to patient care and leadership
  • The ability to nurture respectful relationships
