Lead Midwife

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Midwife to join our dynamic team at a leading healthcare facility.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced midwife who can provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team, and deliver exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have current registration as a Midwife with AHPRA, strong clinical skills, and motivation to ensure excellence in patient care and customer service. A minimum of 1 year of postgraduate Midwifery experience and a commitment to safe practice and quality patient care are also essential.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver evidence-based midwifery care
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Provide a high standard of customer service to patients and their families
- Ensure patient and staff safety through adherence to established protocols and procedures
- Current registration as a Midwife with AHPRA
- Clinical skills and motivation to ensure excellence in patient care and customer service
- A minimum of 1 year of postgraduate Midwifery experience
- A commitment to safe practice and quality patient care
- Understanding of the National Safety and Quality Health Service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team structure
- Professional conduct and demeanor at all times
