Client Investment Reporting Analyst

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a skilled Client Investment Reporting Analyst to join their global Client Account Services division in Sydney. This is a newly created role that will be responsible for providing clients with custom and standardised reports in relation to their portfolio and on topics including performance, analytics, attribution, compliance and enterprise risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and distribute client reporting packages for specified business units, sourcing data from various systems and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Ensure timely production while meeting quality and compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders on client report requirements and enquiries, negotiating deadlines and prioritizing requirements.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance client service, operational efficiency, and output quality.
  • Participate in firm-wide initiatives and system enhancements as a subject-matter-expert in client reporting.
  • Act as an informal resource for colleagues with lesser experience.

Requirements:

  • Associated degree and 2-4 years' experience in the Asset Management industry, with client reporting experience preferred.
  • Good understanding of investment and fund industry, including performance and investment strategies.
  • Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and learn new technology and/or processes quickly.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
