About the Business/Role

Perpetual Group, an ASX-listed company, operates three distinct businesses: asset management, wealth management, and corporate trust. We have a growing global footprint, spanning Australia, Asia, Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Our recent acquisition of asset management business, Pendal Group, has further expanded our reach.

The Reporting Analyst role focuses on producing thorough and accurate investment, product, and research information for internal and external stakeholders of the Perpetual Funds.

About the Role

  1. Prepare, collate, and deliver regular reporting schedules for internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Analyse data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal and market standards.
  3. Produce Perpetual Investments reporting requirements with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and control.
  4. Assist Client Services, Research Relationship, and ISO teams with ad-hoc reporting tasks.
  5. Support Senior team members in reviewing, improving, and documenting reporting processes.

About You

  1. Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Minimum one year of experience in Funds Management or Custody Industries.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is beneficial.
  4. Strong communication and organisational skills.
  5. Attention to detail.
