  • Managing a service at a primary school before and after school hours for children aged 5-12 years",
  • Support from a state-specific office and regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you",
  • Developing and facilitating an engaging child-centred program",
  • Fostering healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents",
  • Lead a team of Educators onsite",
  • Roster management",
  • Managing day-to-day operations",
  • Compliance and administration",
",About the School:",

Atwell Primary has a Helping Hands Licensed service with room to grow, accommodating 75 children on average. The service operates (6:45AM - 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM - 6:15PM) totalling 34 hours per week, including 2.5 hours of administrative time.

You will be supported by an experienced and passionate team of educators, as well as a present and supportive regional manager.

  • Strong and clear communication skills",
  • Team player with a desire to become a service leader",
  • Hold or willing to obtain a national police check and a state check for working with children",
  • Australian work rights",
",Desirable Qualifications:",
  • ",
  • Cert III (CHC30121) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care",
  • Cert III (CHC30221) or IV Education Support",
  • Cert III (10983NAT) or IV Outside School Hours Care",
  • Degree or diploma in education, recreation, sport science, leisure studies, social and behavioural science or nursing",
