About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated and experienced auditor who is looking to take their career to the next level. As a Senior Audit Professional, you will be responsible for executing audit engagements, ensuring key deliverables are met, and supervising junior staff on larger engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Service Delivery: Work closely with Partners and the management team to ensure client work is completed to a high standard
  • Audit Execution: Execute audit engagements ensuring key deliverables are met
  • Team Leadership: Supervise junior staff on larger engagements and mentor them in their development
  • Communication: Direct client communication for the planning and preparation of fieldwork and completion of financial statements
  • Billing and Invoicing: Invoices, billing, and work-in-progress analysis for a portfolio of clients

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in audit in an accounting firm
  • Completed an accounting degree (BCom or BBus)
  • Commenced or ready to commence the CA program
  • Strong communication skills and ability to establish long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Able to work independently or as part of a larger engagement team
  • Sound knowledge of Australian Accounting and Auditing standards

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience, plus superannuation and other benefits.
