Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a talented and motivated Graduate Engineer to join our dynamic team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting senior engineers in planning, designing, and executing civil, environmental, geotechnical, and closure & remediation projects. This will include preparing tenders, pre-qualifications, and panel submissions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Additionally, the Graduate Engineer will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to support team decisions and project outcomes, as well as staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our engineering solutions are cutting-edge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior engineers in planning, designing, and executing civil, environmental, geotechnical, and closure & remediation projects
  • Prepare tenders, pre-qualifications, and panel submissions
  • Collect and analyze data to support team decisions and project outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recent graduate or graduating before Feb 2026 of a tertiary degree in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or Environmental Science
  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia
  • Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired
  • Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality, or customer service industries highly desired
  • Possesses a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
  • Are innovative thinkers and problem-solvers
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent rapport building skills and desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
