**Digital Experience Innovator Role**

This is a fantastic opportunity to drive the development of our public website and digital channels, creating seamless and personalized experiences for our customers.

  • Manage and update content using enterprise CMS platforms like Sitecore, ensuring compliance with brand, regulatory, and accessibility standards.
  • Create and optimize campaign landing pages to boost engagement and guide user actions.
  • Use Sitecore personalization, A/B testing, and marketing automation to enhance targeted campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Track and report campaign and website performance with analytics tools.

This role sits within a small but dedicated Digital Engagement team, working closely with stakeholders across the organization. You'll have the chance to make a real difference in delivering impactful, user-centered digital content and experiences that build brand awareness, drive acquisition, and boost retention.

About the Job

We're seeking a passionate and skilled Digital Producer who is driven to make a difference. In this role, you'll help elevate our digital presence by managing and updating content, creating engaging campaigns, and tracking performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Content Management: Manage and update content on our public website using enterprise CMS platforms like Sitecore.
  2. Campaign Creation: Create and optimize campaign landing pages to boost engagement and guide user actions.
  3. Analytics and Reporting: Track and report campaign and website performance with analytics tools.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver impactful digital experiences.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field, such as Business Information Systems or Communications.
  • Experience with enterprise CMS platforms, especially Sitecore.
  • Strong understanding of digital content best practices, accessibility, and UX principles.
  • Proficient with digital tools like Jira and Miro.
