Our Team

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as bar backs or food service runners. These casual positions are ideal for university students or those with flexible schedules.

As a member of our team, you'll be working in a unique 1880s saloon bar, complete with sparkling chandeliers and furniture from the same era.

When not serving drinks or taking orders, you can explore our hidden speakeasy bar, where you'll feel like you've stepped back into the roaring 1920s.

Our drinks menu features eight types of gin and two types of vodka, all crafted with connections to the surrounding produce in the region.

Key Requirements
  • 1 year of restaurant service experience (desired)
  • 1 year of bartending experience (desired)

Ability to work varied shifts, including 10-hour shifts, afternoons, days, and evenings.

Supplemental pay includes tips.

Must be able to commute to Ballarat, VIC 3350.
