Deliver Exceptional Customer Service as a Food and Beverage Attendant

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort, in Victoria's Yarra Valley.

The role involves working across various outlets with different service styles, including conference & events, casual dining, pool, and bar service.

As a skilled Food & Beverage Attendant, you will deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude and helpful approach. You will be responsible for greeting customers, providing menu knowledge, taking orders, communicating with the kitchen, and interacting with guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide menu knowledge
  • Taking orders and communicating with the kitchen
  • Interacting with guests and delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a customer-focused venue within fast-paced food and beverage service
  • Bar experience desirable
  • A genuine love of hospitality and providing great service
  • Current VIC RSA Certificate
  • Exceptional communication skills with a bright and friendly personality
