Central Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team at the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre.

As an Occupational Therapist with the Care of the Older Person and Community Transition (CO-ACT) service, you will play a vital role in supporting patients through specialised assessment and intervention.

You will work independently to manage complex, high-acuity caseloads, ensuring each patient receives high-quality, personalised care aimed at enhancing their independence and overall well-being.

In this rewarding role, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to effective and efficient patient care. You will also have opportunities to engage in quality improvement and research initiatives, helping to drive innovation and enhance service delivery standards.

About the Role
  • Salary: $104,180 - $111,746 per annum + Superannuation + Salary Sacrifice Options
  • Location: Adelaide Metro Northern
  • Work Type: Full Time Ongoing

The Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South's Australia's major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct. We deliver mental health services at Glenside Health Services and at a range of other locations across the metropolitan and regional areas.

Requirements
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with patients, carers, and team members.
  • Proven clinical expertise and judgement in managing complex cases across acute, sub-acute, and community settings.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, organisational skills, and initiative in high-paced environments.
  • Experience supervising students and staff and a commitment to ongoing professional development and best practice.
