Job Title: Support Services AssistantAbout the Role

We are seeking a reliable and organised individual to provide administrative support at our branch. This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday, with a regular working schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptly
  • Complete data entry and administrative tasks accurately
  • Support operations and administration team with daily tasks
  • Assist with staff on-boarding, off-boarding, and training records
  • Perform reception duties as needed
