Our client, a leading dealership, is seeking an experienced Automotive Operations Director to oversee the daily operations of their service department.

Salary: AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 per annum.

About the Role

This role requires strong leadership and team-building skills to manage and mentor service technicians and support staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing service strategies to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
