Job Overview

As a senior retail leader, you will be responsible for managing the sales floor and supporting the store management team in achieving exceptional client experience.

You will play a key role in:

  • Leading by example and embodying a customer-centric culture to deliver a high-quality service experience.
  • Driving sales growth through effective coaching and development of your team, as well as fostering a positive work environment.
  • Utilizing data insights to inform operational decisions and collaborate closely with the store management team.
  • Facilitating open communication, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining regular dialogue with the management team.
  • Serving as a point of contact for client and staff matters, making informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will have opportunities to work across various product categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

You will receive initial training and ongoing learning opportunities through our unique online platform and field trainers, helping clients discover our amazing products. As part of a global community, your options for growth and discovery are limitless.

We are seeking candidates who:

  • Are willing to adapt to flexible working hours to meet business needs.
  • Have prior experience in retail management, including profit management, sales forecasting, people management, and visual merchandising.
  • Are proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • Are hands-on leaders who enjoy motivating, coaching, and supporting their team members to succeed.
  • Prioritize excellent client service and experiential retail, ensuring our stores represent our brand.
  • Maintain a strong and positive culture, valuing individual contributions and fostering career growth through feedback, coaching, and recognition.
  • Drive results-oriented performance, exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Availability to work five full days, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading periods, is highly desirable.
