Job Title: Turnaround Superintendent

Turnaround Superintendent Job Description:

  • This role involves managing and supporting a team with all aspects of a turnaround event, including identifying resources, strategizing logistics, validating estimates, leading competency checks, and ensuring that all pre-turnaround work is completed before pull feed.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for effective direction of activities for multiple coordinators and supervisors in PRE-TAR & Execution Phase, reviewing Primavera Schedule, and validating Work scopes are built into the schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Excellent attitude towards health, safety, and environment.
  • Able to effectively liaise with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and achieve performance targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to support the completion of key client contract KPI's.
