Job Title

The role of an Operations Transformation Manager involves supporting the organization in achieving business imperatives through the delivery of effective, efficient, and continually improving operational processes. Core to this function is a focus on customer experience.

Every single process executed has a significant impact on customer experience. The operations team is dedicated to running, improving, and transforming processes that deliver products, services, and productivity benefits to customers.

Lead the change, business engagement, and change strategy for complex change delivery, to achieve effective and sustainable change and business outcomes.

  • Conduct detailed assessments to reflect the change impact, including impacts on the business, other areas of the organization, associated people risks, and how these impacts will be managed.
  • Plan and lead a comprehensive approach, developing communications and solutions that deliver value and maximize adoption.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, resolution of stakeholder people-related risks and issues.
  • Manage transition and adoption through communications, engagement, coaching, training, and tracking metrics.
  • Design and implement business readiness tracking metrics for Change Management readiness measures.
  • Develop artefacts, including assessments, implementation plans, communication plans, stakeholder engagement, business readiness assessments, and resistance management plans.

Collaborate across departments to drive knowledge sharing, learning, and problem solving.

Requirements
  • A proactive and autonomous approach to deliver project outcomes.
  • An agile mindset and familiarity with agile practices.
  • Influential stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • A creative approach and ability to communicate material in new ways.
  • Proven experience in delivering strategies in large environments.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
  • A risk mindset.
