Job SummaryWe are looking for an individual with a genuine passion for serving elderly people and a willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends. If you value teamwork but also enjoy working independently, this role may be suited to your skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tailored care to residents, including personal and domestic support within our residential homes.
- Run cottage-style homes, ensuring a home-away-from-home environment for our residents.
- A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, or current studies towards a healthcare-related degree would be viewed favorably.
- Previous experience working with people living with dementia is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Flexible working arrangements to deliver a healthy work-life balance.
