Dementia Care Specialist

HammondCare Caulfield is seeking a permanent part-time or casual carer to provide tailored care and support to residents with dementia.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for serving elderly people, be flexible and able to commit to various shifts, including nights and weekends, and possess knowledge and experience in caring for individuals with dementia.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to work independently, show initiative, and value teamwork while maintaining a high level of personal care and domestic assistance.
This opportunity offers a chance to gain access to multiple health and fitness facilities at a low fee, ongoing training and development through HammondCare College, and a workplace trainer on each site committed to your growth.
A competitive salary of $60,000-$80,000 per year is offered based on qualifications and experience.
