The Role

We're seeking an experienced Advertising Specialist & Strategic Growth Lead to join our executive team. This role is not a standard marketing position focused on managing ad budgets. You will be a hybrid strategic and creative leader, responsible for driving monumental growth through compelling content, brand strategy, and genuine community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overarching brand and organic marketing strategy to drive revenue and market share.
  • Create a powerful brand presence through world-class, in-house creative production, including professional photography, end-to-end video production, and graphic design.
  • Cultivate and manage a highly engaged online community, attracting significant organic attention from influencers, media, and new customers.
  • Spearhead our expansion into e-commerce, building the brand and go-to-market strategy from the ground up.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and demographic research to inform strategy for new venue selection and launch campaigns.
  • Analyse all marketing data (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to identify trends, report on performance, and continuously refine organic strategy.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a strategic marketing or advertising role with a proven track record of driving significant commercial results through organic growth strategies.
  • Mastery of content-led marketing, with a portfolio that demonstrates world-class skills in photography, videography, and design.
  • A strategic thinker with experience in business development, market research, or project leadership.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field are highly regarded.
