Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical Service and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Fault Finding and Repair: Identify and rectify electrical and mechanical faults, making necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Installation and Commissioning: Install new machines and electrical systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular checks and maintenance to prevent equipment failure and ensure smooth operations.
  • Motor Control and Safety: Manage motor control systems, including experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, Zelio Smart Relays, and Rockwell VSDs, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
  • Workshop and Equipment Maintenance: Maintain general electrical equipment and workshop upkeep, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements
  • Electrical Trade Certificate: Must hold a current Electrical Trade Certificate and/or related industry qualification.
  • Work Rights: Must have minimum work rights (Work Visa) and be eligible to work in Australia.
