We are seeking an experienced Coffee Connoisseur to join our team as a Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of coffee quality.

About the role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role in a dynamic environment. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Customer Experience

Ensuring a positive experience for all customers by providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues professionally.

Coffee Expertise

Preparing and serving a range of coffee beverages with precision and consistency, maintaining high standards of coffee quality and cleanliness.

Team Management

Managing and scheduling staff, training and mentoring new employees, and implementing strategies for customer satisfaction and profitability.

Other Responsibilities

Maintaining stock levels, implementing cost-saving measures, and adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.

Requirements/qualifications:

Experience

Proven experience as a barista, preferably with supervisory experience. Minimum 1 year of barista experience.

Skills

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to lead and motivate a team.

Other

Leadership potential and eagerness to grow into management. Passion for coffee and hospitality is essential.
