Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and design to construction and handover.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate consultant appointments, contractor tendering, and contract administration.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout all phases.
  • Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
  • Track project progress through robust reporting, communication, and team engagement.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency in design, delivery methodology, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Be accountable for managing the head contract, overseeing the procurement schedule, and administering all subcontractor and supplier agreements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in project or construction management, ideally within the residential sector.
  • Proven track record delivering projects valued $15m to $30m+.
  • Experience with various delivery models including Head Contract, ECI, and Design & Construct.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent commercial and financial acumen.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
  • Ongoing education and training to maintain your professional development and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
