Construction Site Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Site Supervisor to lead residential construction projects in the inner Brisbane City region.

  • Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of residential construction, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality benchmarks.
  • Team Management: Inspire and lead tradespeople, allocate resources effectively, and foster a strong trade base.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular QA checks to ensure compliance with Australian building codes, AS standards, and QBCC regulations.
  • Safety and Compliance: Champion workplace health and safety, ensuring all sites meet environmental and WHS requirements.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, keeping them informed and satisfied throughout the construction journey.

About You

You will possess:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in new home builds, with attention to detail in custom highset constructions.
  • Proven experience managing small lot projects and navigating high-traffic areas.
  • Strong construction trade experience, preferably in carpentry, backed by hands-on expertise.
  • Licenses: QBCC Site Supervising License, valid Queensland White Card, and unencumbered driver's license.
  • Key Skills:
    • Effective communication (written and verbal) and organizational abilities.
    • Confident, friendly, and professional attitude.
    • Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with construction-specific software.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Team-player mindset.
  • A solid understanding of Australian building codes, council requirements, and covenants.
