- Proven experience as a contract administrator in the residential development sector.
- Experience managing high-volume off the plan property contracts and settlement processes.
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience with sales CRM and Microsoft Excel.
- Impeccable presentation and professionalism.
