Job Description

This role is part of a Property Development company focused on delivering quality and high-end property options.



Responsibilities


  • Preparation and execution of sales contracts
  • Liaising with stakeholders throughout the contract process
  • Record and maintain contract spreadsheet
  • Prepare, update and distribute price lists as required
  • Liaising with sales team and providing support and stock updates
  • Prepare, update and distribute settlement information to stakeholders
  • General administration tasks as required


Requirements


  • Contracts administration background preferred within real estate/property development
  • Current QLD Real Estate Certificate
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Console and Docusign
