We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Employment Opportunities Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others.
- Support clients to attain suitable, meaningful employment opportunities that lead to sustainable employment outcomes.
- Build rapport with clients, assist them on their employment journey and help them overcome barriers to employment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders as part of managing the referral & intake process of job seekers into their chosen program.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong customer service skills, including communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent data accuracy and note-taking skills.
- Ability to build rapport, grow and maintain relationships with clients, peers, and job seekers.
