Job DescriptionAs a Disability Employment Support Specialist, you will provide individualized employment supports to clients with disabilities, focusing on skills development, vocational identity, and person-centered care.
- Provide support and mentorship to increase clients' capacity for work and develop their vocational identity.
- Deliver personalized supports for clients transitioning from education to employment.
- Offer on-site support once employment commences and assist with integration.
- Travel as required for service delivery and client support.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- A current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check and pass a Working with Children Check.
- Ability to pass an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Completion of an NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement.
