About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Uniting's overnight respite cottage. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
  • Provide transportation to appointments and social activities.
  • Support clients in maintaining their independence and autonomy.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualifications.
  • Medication competency and current First Aid certificate.
  • Experience in providing client-centered care.
  • Driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
