Advanced Avionics Instructor Position

**Avionics Training Expertise**
We are seeking an experienced instructor to join our team in Queensland. This is a unique and challenging environment where your exceptional avionics experience and training skills will be vital in providing Aviation Maintenance Training for the ACEA Program.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the development and implementation of new technical training approaches, products, and processes.
- Design and develop courseware artefacts and learning management packages.
- Maintain excellent communication skills and effectively manage multiple tasks and time.
- Demonstrate strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and peers.
**Essential Skills & Qualifications:**
**Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Avionics)**:
A minimum of 5 years' experience working with F/A-18F Super Hornets, EA-18G Growlers, or equivalent Fast Jet Aircraft types required.
**Desirable Skills:**
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE10116 or equivalent).
- Experience with Defence Aviation Safety Regulations.
