Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled property manager to manage a clean portfolio with a focus on inspections, leasing, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in residential property management and be fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine and ingoing/outgoing inspections
  • Manage leasing, renewals, and maintenance requests
  • Maintain excellent relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Liaise with trades, strata, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in residential property management
  • Fluent Mandarin or Cantonese highly desirable
  • Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and customer service driven
