Comprehensive Care Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide comprehensive care and support to children and young people who have experienced trauma.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- They will also have a strong understanding of trauma-informed approaches and be able to develop and implement effective therapeutic plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake thorough assessments to identify the needs and goals of each young person.
- Develop and implement tailored therapeutic plans, working closely with other professionals and family members as needed.
- Provide ongoing practice support and training to colleagues, promoting best practice and continuous improvement.
- Participate in regular supervision and consultation sessions to ensure high-quality care and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Family Therapy, Mental Health Nursing or related field.
- Current registration with relevant professional body.
- Significant experience working with children and young people who have experienced trauma, with a proven track record of delivering effective interventions and support.
