Research and Evaluation Manager

This is a key leadership position that oversees research projects delivered by external providers, ensuring high-quality outputs and compliance with ethical standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of research projects to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Review and advise on research methodologies, instruments, and protocols to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Maintain a high level of quality control throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
  • Develop and track performance indicators, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including researchers, sponsors, and end-users.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, e.g. Social Sciences, Public Health, Data Science (required).
  • Minimum 8 years' experience managing or delivering research projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in mixed-method research methodologies and application of behaviour change theory.
