Director of Finance

This role is perfect for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and brings a strategic yet hands-on approach.

About the Role

As Director of Finance, you'll partner closely with senior leadership to deliver exceptional financial performance, ensure compliance, and support sustainable growth.

  • Lead the finance function across all hotel operations (rooms, food & beverage, events, and more).
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support commercial decision-making.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and monthly reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with department heads to maximise revenue, manage costs, and drive profitability.
  • Act as a key liaison with auditors, owners, and corporate stakeholders.
Requirements

We're looking for a seasoned finance professional with:

  • Proven experience in a senior finance role within hospitality, hotels, or a related industry.
  • A strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and F&B cost controls.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to get hands-on when required.
