As a seasoned Risk Professional, you will play a pivotal role in helping to generate reports and dashboards that provide critical insights supporting compliance with internal policies, frameworks, and regulatory requirements. You will ensure effective identification, monitoring, and management of risk across various domains, particularly in relation to operational resilience obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse data to provide value-add and data-driven insights to improve operational risk management.
  • Challenge and simplify existing reporting solutions and governance practices, including implementing automated solutions to reduce costs and enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in reporting and provide high-quality information in a timely manner.
  • Drive cultural change and increase awareness of risk management through successful stakeholder engagement and exceptional relationship management.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in risk, governance, strategy, or finance-related roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of risk management principles and exposure to strategic leaders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify key issues, compare data, understand trends, and draw insights.
  • Advanced data visualization skills with the ability to convey complex data sets in easy-to-understand graphs, flow charts, and images.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to convey and explain information confidently.
  • Proficient technical skills in Microsoft suite, SharePoint, and dashboard management.
