About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lawyer to join our team in Perth. As a part-time Attorney, you will play a key role in supporting the company's continued growth and expansion across Western Australia.

You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and agreements, as well as supporting the company's property development and investment activities.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years' experience as a commercial lawyer, either in private practice or in-house, and a strong understanding of copyright, litigation as well as broader commercial legal principles.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements
  • Supporting the company's property development and investment activities
  • Liaising with defaulting clients and legal breaches

Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience as a commercial lawyer
  • Strong understanding of copyright, litigation and commercial legal principles
  • Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
  • Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice
  • Strong communication skills
  • Admission to practice law in Western Australia
