This is an exceptional opportunity to be the Chief Executive Officer of your own store, with total accountability for creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.

They will also have experience in inventory and facilities management, cash reconciliation, and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics

  • Experience in inventory and facilities management, cash reconciliation, and retail operations
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a passion for developing others
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale software
