We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at our Chadstone Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the store team in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance
  • Manage and develop the store team, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Ensure the store is visually merchandised to the highest standard and that all visual displays are maintained
Requirements
  • Previous retail management experience, preferably in a beauty or luxury goods environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work a 38-hour rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
