Key Job Information

This role focuses on the personalised accompaniment of students and their families as they progress through their educational journey.

The Transition Officer supports the school in helping students, families, and staff to know and love Christ and to grow in faith.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Implement transition programs and activities such as Orientation Days, Discovery Days, and Welcome Days.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including feeder schools and community representatives.
  • Act as a key contact for families during transition and enrolment processes.
  • Work collaboratively with key leaders across the school and Diocese to share insights and support plans for transitioning students.
