This role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead the marketing efforts, driving innovation and creativity across various functions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing a strategic plan, overseeing the creation of sales and marketing content, managing partnerships and relationships, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement a comprehensive marketing strategy
  2. Oversee the development of digital sales and marketing materials
  3. Manage referral partnerships and relationships
  4. Lead a team of professionals in a collaborative environment
  5. Provide support around marketing collateral and promotional activity
  6. Plan, market, and manage events to maximise guest experience
  7. Develop an annual marketing program and promotional calendar that resonates with our unique identity and achieves sales goals within margin requirements
  8. Collaborate with the management team to create captivating media campaigns
  9. Monitor and report on sales KPIs and campaign effectiveness
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers
  11. Oversee market research and identify new opportunities to captivate our audience
  12. Uphold brand management and marketing guidelines across all touchpoints
  13. Manage resources effectively to deliver insightful reports for strategic decision-making

Requirements:

  • Alignment with our brand values
  • A minimum of five years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of success
  • Omnichannel sales & marketing concepts
  • Digital and direct-to-consumer marketing experience
  • Prior loyalty club exposure
  • Background knowledge of the industry (highly desirable). An interest in the industry would be beneficial
  • Strong project management and prioritisation skills
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a close-knit team
  • Outstanding time management and attention to detail
  • A positive and proactive attitude that embraces challenge/problem solving with good judgment to progress projects
  • Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • A calm demeanor under pressure and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility to adapt to a changing sales environment is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
  • CRM experience (desirable)
  • Ecommerce experience - managing campaigns and advertising spend (desirable)
  • Creativity
