Job Title: Production Manager

This is a leadership role that oversees the production process, ensuring timely execution of plans and meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement production plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate team members to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Budget Management: Manage resources to optimize efficiency and meet financial targets.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and senior management.
  • Process Optimisation: Analyze and streamline processes to reduce unplanned stops, wastage, and costs.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure operations comply with industry regulations and standards.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure quality and safety standards are met throughout the production process.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify root causes of problems and recommend solutions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong foundation in manufacturing, preferably in dairy manufacturing, with at least 5+ years of experience in production management.
  • Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Lean Manufacturing methodologies, Microsoft Office Suite, and other management systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with a proven ability to inspire, drive, and enable high performance across diverse teams.
