We are seeking an experienced Designer to join our team at Hanes Australasia. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for driving key looks and contributing to the creative direction of our Bras N Things Sleep category.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and executing design concepts with a focus on colour and print direction
  • Hands on design with a key focus on fabric and appropriate block selection
  • Collaborating and developing strong relationships with cross functional teams
  • Ability to conduct product presentations

Essential for your success is:

  • Proven track record in similar design roles, 3-5 + years' experience at Designer level or Senior Design Assistant level
  • An innovative and creative approach to design
  • Inspirational team leadership capability
  • An ability to work quickly and deliver a high output - the pace across the design team is fast and you must be comfortable operating in a busy and fast-moving environment
  • Proven experience in the fashion industry
  • An ability to drive design projects from concept through to execution.
