Our company is a world-leading innovator in AI robotics and navigation technology. With our success since 2011, we have progressed into several deep technologies.

We are looking for an exceptional leader to head our production team. This individual will be accountable for the on-time delivery of all our products.

This role requires an excellent communicator and data-driven individual who balances time between strategic planning and hands-on support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Production Teams with culture and performance standards aligned to business needs.
- Schedule production work according to inventory strategy, delivering quality products on time and within budget constraints.
- Oversee preventative maintenance, calibration, and storage of production equipment
- Monitor and Report Production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) weekly.
- Utilize production data to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide regular team updates to cross-functional stakeholders (ie weekly lead-time updates to sales operations, engineering issues slowing/delaying production, etc.)
- Collaborate with Production Engineering to ensure workshop layout and production lines are efficient and effective.
- Work with Production Engineering to ensure improvements, changes and/or new products are resourced and managed appropriately, to meet production volume and quality targets.
- Engage Senior leadership and key stakeholders when additional resources and/or support is required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 5+ years experience managing Production teams
- Direct exposure to Contracted-Out Manufacturing Functions
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning tools, such as Microsoft Dynamics or SAP.
- Knowledge of robotics and complex manufacturing processes
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Exposure to ISO 9001:2015
- Ability to manage high volumes of information and oversee multiple project schedules.
- Highly motivated with energetic, responsive and decisive disposition.
- Strong knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety practices
- Proven standard of attention to detail, time management and follow-through.

Nice to Have:

- 1-3 years experience managing a Profit & Loss Statement
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic ideally)
