Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Operations and Maintenance Professional to support our Energy Asset Management efforts in delivering renewable energy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of solar facilities to meet performance targets and contractual obligations.
  2. Evaluate site safety protocols and procedures, focusing on preventive/predictive maintenance to ensure long-term profitability, plant reliability, and risk reduction.
  3. Establish partnerships for sub-operational and maintenance activities, while managing service delivery within set parameters.
  4. Foster relationships with clients and project stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Contract Managers, Safety Specialists, Project Engineers, Financial Analysts, and other staff involved in service delivery.
  6. Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements, ensuring project scope and proposal review, and provide comprehensive close-out documentation to clients upon project completion.
  7. Support transitional periods during award handovers from development to project delivery, and as needed, assist with ongoing service provision.
  8. Implement a Computerised Maintenance Management System to schedule routine maintenance, generate work orders, track completion, and produce reports.
