Green & Gold Solar Australia is a leading provider of energy solutions in Australia, delivering government-backed energy upgrades and renewable energy projects to both residential and commercial clients.
With a strong commitment to sustainability, innovation, and compliance, we're now expanding in South Australia and looking for the right person to expand the business.
You will be in charge of running the business in South Australia - managing the sales team, admin team, installation team etc.
About Us Green & Gold Solar Australia Pty Ltd is a rapidly expanding solar company committed to delivering high-quality solar solutions to the Australian market.
Your Role As the state manager, your focus will be managing all areas of the business and expanding it within South Australia.
This is not a "sit back and oversee" kind of job.
We're after someone who knows the industry and is ready to roll up their sleeves from day one.
This is not a role for someone to come and stamp their authority, but to lead a team of driven and committed staff needing direction and leadership.
You'll be leading day-to-day operations, managing teams, improving systems, and ensuring the business runs efficiently across sales, installation, compliance, and admin functions.
This role is perfect for someone who's done it before and wants to do it better—with a great team behind them.
