Dining Services Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Dining Services Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes are served to customers.
- Perform dishwashing duties to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ensure safe operation of kitchen equipment and adhere to occupational health and safety standards.
- Control and record all wastage to minimize waste and optimize resources.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a hands-on role in a cafe or restaurant kitchen.
- An eye for detail and commitment to exceptional customer service.
- A valid driver's license and authorization to work in Australia.
This is a casual position that may lead to a permanent role. Opportunities to complete Cert 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery may also be available to progress your career.
Working ConditionsThis role requires working weekends and public holidays. The venue is located on 15 acres of landscaped grounds and orchards, approximately 10 minutes from Torquay on the Surf Coast.
